Health & Safety Program Support

Antea USA, Inc. (Antea®Group) is looking to fill a Health & Safety Program Support role work with a leading global client. This is a full-time remote position that will be embedded with the client. This position is immediately available and is a long-term contract position.

The primary responsibility for this role is revising and editing existing Global EHS documentation including the following.

• Drafting and rolling-out new Global EHS documentation.
• Managing and updating a SharePoint site and workflows.
• Building dashboards to track updates and implementation of programs.
• Communicating progress to field personnel and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be a process and results-driven professional who enjoys the challenges of working in a cutting-edge environment. The ideal candidate must also be detail oriented, and possess strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. The candidate must have excellent skills working in virtual environments using a variety of software suites.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Good general understanding of EHS. Role touches every corner of EHS and must have a base level awareness and ability to deep dive in research if needed.
• Understanding of the relationship between local construction EHS, local operations EHS and corporate EHS with the challenges between them (Data center knowledge is preferred).
• Global experience and/or awareness is very valuable. Must have an awareness of non-US-centric regulations, organizations and operational norms.
• Must be able to conceptually scale a process and the different ways this could be completed.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, handle ambiguity and work with existing information.
• Ability to work in a team that works with multiple stakeholders and partners. Must understand subtleties of team relationships and be able to work across them.
• Data/automation skills are preferred. Demonstrated organizational, and project management skills.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Ergonomics, or related field. GSP, ASP, CSP, or CIH certification is preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Compliance with any client requirements, including but not limited to COVID-19 vaccine mandates
• Potential employees must pass a company-paid physical examination, drug-screen, and have a valid driver's license with a good driving record and current passport.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment - Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities, which may include the following:

• Sedentary to light work (typical office or administrative work)
• Frequently required to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time
• Occasional lifting and carrying of low (under 25lbs) to moderate (25-49lbs) weight objects
• Repetitive motions: substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers (including reaching)
• Subject to inside environmental conditions (protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change)
• Operation of a motor vehicle
