In this leadership role, you will be responsible for strategic Funds Out product direction, including product vision, innovation, design and development
Plans and executes strategy for across multiple product verticals including Retail, WU.com, digital banking, C2B and B2B. You will orchestrate and oversee initiatives across the entire product lifecycle, from customer discovery and user research to development and delivery.

Role Responsibilities

  • Build & lead Product organization as a companywide Center of Excellence
  • Plans and executes strategy for across multiple product verticals including Retail, WU.com, digital banking, C2B and B2B.
  • Orchestrates and oversees initiatives across the entire product lifecycle - from customer discovery and user research to development and delivery.
  • Work effectively within the enterprise matrix to create cross-functional work groups for ideation, design, development & delivery of product portfolios along with related brand, marketing, pricing evaluations & customer experience improvements
  • Effectively balance requests from regional business units with technological capacity & capabilities to efficiently prioritize & deliver results across the globe.
  • Ensures that strategies incorporate Voice of Customer into product design & delivery and establishes a culture of customer focus across the entire organization.
  • Develop & utilize business intelligence to assess trends & outlooks and make changes in to create competitive advantage.

Role Requirements

  • 15+ experience in product strategy, design, and execution, with experience in leading digital, payments products.
  • Experience building products in a SAFe Agile environment, within either the financial, payment, or fintech industry.
  • 10+ Years of management experience in leading globally dispersed teams.
  • Strategic thinking capability, solid leadership skills

Salary

The on-target earnings range is $380,000 - $515,000 USD per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
