Overview

As a member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for aiding our guests in our Guest Services Office or via the phone through our Call Center. Positions are currently available for those who are 16 or older.

Detailed Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists guests in our Guest Services Office and via phone in our Call Center to assist with guest inquiries
• You will be responsible for researching answers and information to answer questions and then documents and resolves guests’ questions and complaints in person and via phone and email
• Create rapport and trust with guests in order to build relationships and uphold our reputation
• Effectively communicate our Ride Admission Program to guests
• Work as a liaison between departments to maximize guest experiences
• Maintain our Guest Management System database
• Must be able to retain information in order to be cross-trained in arrival process locations; such as Tolls, Ticket Sales, and Ticket Taking
• Provide guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision
• Other duties may be assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
• Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
