Oakwood Residence Mountain View - Guest Service Representative

Oakwood is seeking a Guest Service Representative. In this role, you will spend a large amount of your time managing the Front Desk. You are the first person our guests meet upon arrival at the property! You will work with Oakwood employees, tenants, and others on a daily basis. We will count on you to have a keen eye for detail and provide critical information to our management staff as appropriate.

What Your Day Is Like

• Cover the Front Desk and assist guests with check-in and check-out while providing excellent customer service
• Patrol property as scheduled
• Respond to guest requests for service
• Maintain daily logs
• Notify external law enforcement and emergency agencies when necessary
• Perform after hour resident check-ins and lockouts
• Reinforce community rules and policies & maintain key inventory
• Work with our guests, our Oakwood team and our vendors to maintain high levels of satisfaction

Best Candidates Will Have

• 1+ years customer service experience; hospitality industry preferred
• Great communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
