You'll establish a team and lead the development and oversight of a global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy, and associated implementation. You'll manage a range of programs and activities to promote internal DEI across the organization, ensuring an inclusive environment where all talent can thrive. You will ensure accountability of DEI goals at the senior leadership level and act as a subject matter expert internally on matters relating to multiple dimensions of diversity, including gender, race, religion, and sexual orientation. You will be tasked with cross-functional collaboration to ensure people programs accelerate diversity & Inclusion and work with analytics teams to create DEI dashboards and insights to measure success and accountability. Your role will be to design and implement enterprise-wide DEI training programs and champion the DEI strategy to gain support from all stakeholders.

For this role, you will have seven years plus DEI or social governance experience, with at least three years of leading teams. You must have deep expertise in diversity, equity, and Inclusion on a complex global scale and demonstrate you have a record of affected real and sustainable change. You will need to have previously developed and led inclusion initiatives such as diversity training. To be successful, you will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to inspire others. Proven experience in change management and influence skills are a must, and a strong awareness of employee relations and legal issues that can arise with D&I and equity. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable.

Overall on-target earnings $201,600 - $246,400. This amount includes base salary $144,000 - $176,000 and both short-term (20% of base pay) and long-term (20% of base pay) incentives. The overall earnings represent the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and will be based on several factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. Further information will be provided on the short- and long-term incentive programs which are determined on both individual and company performance.
