Basic Function

Assist in the design, production, and final preparation of Communications, Media & Marketing initiatives for print, web and multimedia, both internally and externally, spanning all business functions and product lines of LyondellBasell globally.

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with the corporate communications team in visual storytelling for LyondellBasell through a broad array of communication materials: web banners, Annual Report, trademarks, product logos, corporate presentations, ads, forms, promotional campaigns, trade show booths and materials, special projects, general internal and external communications globally.

• Responsible for processing and production of design content, processing designs and images, preparing collateral for online viewing and updating and preparing documents for print production.
• Utilize creative skills to develop concepts for internal and external communication products.
• Assist in set design and layouts for various events and digital/video schemes.
• Assist in concepts for and design execution of facility signage.
• Maintain a consistent brand, look and feel for the company image.
• Maintain historical collateral files; update and record any change requests.
• Maintain corporate marketing photography and stock art databases.
• Provide direction and training to graphic contractors and outside vendors, at the direction of management.
• Meet firm deadlines as outlined by management, while maintaining flexibility for incoming rush requests, as needed.
• Advise management on software and technology updates available to maintain competitive design capabilities.
• Perform any additional duties as directed or required.

Min. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-4 years of post-qualification experience in graphic design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior agency experience with demonstrated customer service acumen and the ability to ensure a consistent visual brand for the company worldwide preferred.
