We are looking to hire a Global Revenue Technical Accounting Senior Manager. A successful candidate will have technical competence and experience in product revenue accounting and analytics as well as experience evaluating contracts and agreements to determine accounting treatment. The Global Revenue Technical Accounting Senior Manager will support the global revenue function in determining and documenting accounting policies as well as review of complex accounts in all regions. This role works closely with various teams across the global organization, including Accounting, Finance, Distribution and Operations, Pricing/Market Access and Legal.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the team's revenue recognition evaluation (ASC 606) relating to new product launches, new contracts and

reimbursement agreements; including reviewing draft contracts and providing feedback to legal/business, preparing revenue documentation, preparing summary power point decks of agreement to share with internal/external stakeholders, provide guidance and transition accounting of new agreement to regional operational accounting teams

* Partner with North America and International Accounting teams to document accounting policies (focus on revenue and gross to net) and research ad-hoc situations to provide technical revenue guidance

* Build relationships with global accounting, finance and commercial organizations in support of financial reporting

requirements both internal and external

* Partner with SEC Reporting team to prepare revenue recognition disclosures supporting SEC filings

* Play a key role in the Company's quarterly and annual reviews and audit including the preparation of revenue recognition

memos, audit schedules, disclosure support and other auditor requests

* Partner with International Accounting Team in support of statutory audits and financial statements

* Ability to establish global and cross functional business partnerships and represent the Global Revenue Accounting team

* Ability to effectively lead meetings with senior management focused on complex issues

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting or Finance
• 7 years of progressive accounting experience in revenue accounting or pharmaceutical industry general ledger experience preferred. Public accounting experience also a plus
• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of software (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA
• Revenue and/or public accounting experience
