Job Description:

We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to fill the position of Global Pricing Manager for our Performance Products Division at our Corporate Headquarters located in The Woodlands, Texas.

The purpose of the Pricing Manager is to define, deploy and direct robust and effective pricing practices for existing and new products across the Performance Products business globally. This position is a key business partner with the Marketing and Sales organizations and is responsible for ensuring the execution of high-impact pricing strategies for the PP business.

What will be expected from you?

• Work closely with the commercial, marketing, supply chain, finance, and other key business partners, to maximize the profitability of the business by systematically employing key pricing levers
• Standardize and document pricing processes. Coordinate with functional partners to ensure global alignment and execution
• Lead cross-functional coordination to define and disseminate best practices in pricing process and execution
• Drive value capture by implementing price strategy and supporting deal executions.
• Manage price-cost scenario building to support data-informed pricing decisions
• Partner with marketing team to lead development of long-term pricing strategy for complex products/services
• Create and lead pricing trainings for global implementation of pricing processes, systems, and tools
• Build pricing competency for teams through excellent change management

What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited organization in Business, Finance or Engineering with minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic pricing for an organization in the oil & gas or chemical industry is required.
• Outstanding cross-functional, cross-regional leadership skills preferred
• Proven track record of strategic pricing skills is critical
• Demonstrated ability to develop high-impact pricing strategies is required
• Ability to understand and define critical issues (benefit/value map, pre-approved discount level, deal waterfall, volume impact) is imperative
