Our Global Partner Strategy New Businesses team is responsible for incubating and scaling our one to one support & our manual enforcement decision-making while maximizing the value our customers and consumers get from transacting in our platform. We do so by incubating and building robust operational models that help us measure the efficiency and quality of the experience & risk decisioning and identify opportunities to improve. We partner with all teams across our Risk & Payments and Commerce Ops organizations & multiple cross-functional teams across Facebook.

The team is seeking an experienced people manager to manage a team of people responsible for a portfolio of complex, global workflows to improve our vendor ecosystem. The right candidate will enjoy and thrive in working in a fast-paced environment and drive the same culture with the team of experienced individual contributors. A successful candidate will effectively influence strategic decisions and processes to help build a world class vendor ecosystem to enable internal and outsourced teams to solve community issues at scale and support rapid new product launches.

  • Manage and lead a team that runs vendor operations for a group of workflows in Risk, Payments and Commerce spaces.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and create a vision to continuously enhance the operations of the ecosystem.
  • Partner with cross functional partners to align on key priorities and collaboratively chart a path to accomplish aligned outcomes.
  • Be responsible for key operational metrics in the efficiency and quality spaces.
  • 7+ years experience in project management or operations in a customer support or enforcement partner environment
  • 2+ years experience leading high-performing teams through mentoring and coaching
  • 5+ years experience working with cross-functional partners across regions
  • Communication and relationship building experience
  • Problem solving and analytical experience
