Meta's Global Agency, Client and Category (GACC) team partners with the world's largest, most complex companies by unifying the full breadth of Meta business teams, products, and solutions to maximize the joint value of our partnership. The Global Partner Solutions Manager (GPSM) role will work directly with corporate or global teams at the world's largest global media conglomerates: managing key relationships, providing platform and product expertise, designing and driving holistic partnership strategy and pursuing innovative opportunities. Success in the Global Partner Solutions Manager position requires strong consultative and analytical skills, deep product knowledge, curiosity and exceptional cross functional relationship skills. This role will work closely with the Global Partner Lead in engaging and growing Meta's business with top strategic media partners. The Global Partner Solutions Manager will focus on developing analytically driven performance analysis and interface and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as the in-market Sales and Partnerships teams, Business Planning & Operations, Marketing, Product Marketing, Media Operations, and Business Engineering teams.This Global Partner Solutions Manager will be on the Entertainment team within GACC and so proven knowledge in the media industry is crucial to the role.Due to the global nature of the role, travel may be required.

Global Partner Solutions Manager, GACC Entertainment Responsibilities:

  • Codify complex data analysis into business insight to drive action and results
  • Build an internal community around the partnership, work with local counterparts within Meta and external partners to align core priorities for the year, establish milestones, identify key cross functional stakeholders, and drive progress
  • Lead cross functional project management for initiatives that span multiple teams across In-Market Sales and Media Partnerships teams, Product Marketing, Reality Labs Partnerships, Marketing Science, and Global Business Marketing
  • Develop scaled solutions and promote cross regional sharing
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders at the partner companies
  • Drive key executive meetings and engagements with partnership from local account teams. This includes meeting preparation, documentation, execution, and follow up
  • Demonstrate category leadership by scaling knowledge and influencing product roadmap based on regional client needs and challenges
  • Unlock/unblock new opportunities for the cross functional across markets
  • Own global internal and external events, including client-summits, internal summits, and trade-show representation


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Media & Entertainment industries
  • Experience building effective relationships and influence cross functional stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience working effectively with cross functional teams at all levels of management
  • Data storytelling and client presentation skills
  • Experience to be both strategic and at the same time operational to implement projects
  • Experience in data, media, business development, marketing, corporate strategy, or consulting
  • Proven track record of delivering against targets
  • Advanced data skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insight


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience to confidently present in front of large-scale audiences and senior executives
  • Fluency in additional languages other than English
  • Experience working across multiple geographies with different markets & regions
