Owns and steers overall strategy for the SBUs solutions portfolio across brand, product, market and commercial
Responsible for creating and managing SBUs multi-year operational calendar
Applies the full range of marketing disciplines to drive integrated commercial marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, sales growth and improved profitability
Utilize market trends, customer needs and competitive positioning to develop/optimize solutions offering, innovation pipeline and value proposition

The salary for this role is $135,000.00 - $165,000.00. Thisis the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages forthis position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted rangeand this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed inConnecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
