What will you be doing? This position is a part of the SUEZ Water Technologies and Solutions (WTS) business supporting the Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety and Security (QEHSS) team. The program manager will own all activities associated with supporting the existing QEHSS system (Gensuite); evaluating alternative platforms; consolidating multiple instances of the system; prioritizing system enhancements to improve overall adoption and usability of the tool as well as the deployment of all changes to the global user community. The program manager will work with executive sponsors, vendors and IT resources to develop a short term and long-term plan and drive execution accordingly. This position is intended to act as a technology change agent for the department. The ideal candidate will be comfortable driving change, operating in an uncertain environment and excel at facilitation/building consensus. Program manager must also have ability and willingness to act as an independent contributor managing day to day issue resolution and system maintenance challenges.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities
* Lead large scale system requirement gathering and solution evaluation
* Develop comprehensive project plans to highlight milestones, manage deadlines/resource needs
* Partner with leadership, vendors and IT teams as needed to ensure requirements are prioritized, execution is on track, release dates are understood, etc.
* Effectively communicate to ensure the project vision, scope, need, timing, risks and deadlines are understood at all levels of the organizations
* Manage/mitigate all risks, resource and scope challenges that arise in relation to the project
* Ensure operational adoption is understood and measured as part of rollout plans
* Leverage and delegate project tasks to site/regional/business teams as needed
* Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis


Who are we looking for?
Required
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics or related field
* At least 3 years of experience overseeing Gensuite or other EHS software program suite
* 3+ years of experience leading a large program with disbursed user base
* Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
* Demonstrated experience with management systems and managing projects and/or teams
* Experience with making data-driven decisions that impact quality, cost, processes, etc.
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to/drive change across a dynamic business environment

Desired
* 1-3 years of experience with implementing Tableau solutions
* Strong critical thinking and analysis, superior ability to apply summarize and interpret data to answer business questions and tell stories
* Excellent communication skills, especially in conveying data and numerical information and trends through visualization
* Great attention to detail; precision and accuracy; required
* Skills to work well in a fast-paced and challenging climate
* Ability to work in a global, decentralized environment
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset
* Six Sigma training / Green Belt certified
* PMI-PMP certification
* Exhibit understanding of ISO9001, 14001 &/or OHSAS 18001/45001
