The University of Miami's Center for Southeastern Tropical Advanced Remote Sensing (CSTARS) is currently seeking a GEOINT Image Analyst to apply advanced techniques to determine the intelligence and geospatial information contained in radar data. The Image Analyst develops algorithms, evaluates tools, and creates customized radar methodologies and products to address a variety of geospatial intelligence problems. Provide imagery analysis against objects utilizing a variety of platforms to locate, identify, characterize, and validate objects in support of various monitoring projects. Create imagery derived graphics and detailed analysis reports. Also conduct multi-source imagery analysis using electro-optical, infrared, radar, multispectral data and other sources to respond to customer requirements. Identify spatial and temporal patterns for change detection analysis and comparing sources over multiple dates/times.
