Job Details:

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for coordinating the shipping receiving and warehousing of all products on his or her shift to ensure timely deliveries and quality products in the safest manner for Tyson customers. This includes scheduling of team member workloads providing a safe work environment administering policies and guidelines established by OSHA FSIS and Tyson Foods. Other responsibilities include conducting shift meetings to communicate goals and expectations and resolving conflicts with or between team members, customers, drivers or other departments.

REQUIREMENTS: Education: Requires education beyond high school including special training vocational school and or college courses. Experience: 3 plus year of experience. Computer Skills: Requires basic computer skills. Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills required. Special Skills: Strong Math skills required. Travel: 2 plus trips per year.
