General Manager, Strategic Partnerships, North America - Denver, Colorado

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing and growing some of our most important partnerships headquartered across North America.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals that will effectively nurture and grow relationships at assigned partners across all levels, scope, and geography.
  • Review and analyze partner performance data as compared to peer set or competitors to gain insight into improvements required and growth opportunities.
  • Establish a deep understanding of partner business model, businesses, goals and how success is defined across constituents.
  • Engage in delivery of annual account plans with clearly defined goals, success measure, and accountability for results and conduct at minimum quarterly in-person update meetings to ensure success.
  • Support renewal and retention discussions and negotiations to ensure win-win outcomes.
  • Strategize, support, and remove obstacles associated with new business opportunities (net new, additional products and services and expansion of existing lines of business).
  • Become a subject matter expert in assigned industries to help uncover future opportunities for differentiated value and new products and services.
  • Ensure all opportunities are accurately reflected in the CRM tool.
  • Lead role in budgeting and forecasting

Role Requirements

  • Extensive years of proven success managing and growing revenue, and account management experience. Experience in a retail, digital and/or financial services industry experience would be a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and management skills with ability to influence individuals and teams.
  • Effective people and relationship management success required.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills, including ability to create professional client-facing and internal presentations.
  • Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills to influence and persuade others.
  • Strategic and creative thinker to develop concepts that deliver results.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to fully execute plans.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Salary

The on-target earnings range is $360,000 - $430,000 USD per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
