I. Summary (Scope of the Job)

Full Circle Restoration and Construction Services, LLC (FCR) is seeking an individual who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced, high-performing and collaborative corporate environment. This individual will work within the management structure of FCR to facilitate negotiation and management of a variety of agreements that FCR enters in the ordinary course of business. This individual will work in an integrated team environment with other members of the Administrative, Field Management, Sales Management, Cotton Corporate Legal Group, and Senior FCR Management to facilitate the timely review and completion of a high volume of agreements. This position creates a learning platform to feed understanding of the entire company function and management structure. The ideal candidate should desire positioning in future management. Being a new position with the company, this position will help define the position with goal of streamlining process

II. Major Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the process of negotiating, drafting and finalizing agreements in support of FCR's business and consistent with Cotton's contracting standards, including but not limited to the following:
  • Master Service Agreements
  • Restoration Agreements
  • Construction Agreements
  • Subcontractor Agreements
  • Client Agreements
  • RFP/RFQ/RFI packet reviews
  • Work orders
  • statements of work
  • Non-disclosure Agreements
  • Interfacing with both in-house groups, external clients, vendors & partners in connection with agreements that require legal support.
  • The position will work to ensure that the activities of FCR adhere to guidelines established by Cotton's Legal and Risk Departments.

III. Background Requirements:

Education:
  • A Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification required.
Experience:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
  • Exposure drafting and negotiating contracts typical in the commercial environment.
  • 2-5 years' experience in the restoration industry
  • Services

  • Grasp of contracting concepts and analytical skills.
  • Strong internal and external negotiation skills.

  • Must have the ability to solve problems and use good business judgment.
  • High level of enthusiasm, personal sense of urgency and capacity to overcome obstacles.
  • Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring the ability to effectively juggle multiple concurrent projects and a willingness to learn new processes and skills sets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadlines-driven environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, and proficient in Microsoft Office and document comparison programs.
  • Exemplary personal and professional integrity and a positive attitude.
  • Ideal candidate should be proactive and confident with excellent intrapersonal skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Likes Marketing and Sales type functions and interaction
