REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.

  • Operates multiple line telecommunications console and routes calls to appropriate person or location.
  • Greets vendors, customers and other visitors and assures that they are directed to the proper office.
  • Routes incoming mail.
  • Performs general clerical duties.
  • Maintains a visitor log.
  • Keep open communications with Sales reps, Route employees and all departments.
  • Maintain good customer relations through daily sales calls and follow up.
  • Control service frequency through proper balance of delivery schedule, and products to reduce call-ins.
  • Keep track of customer with coolers and ensure they are buying the required number of cases (per the contract) in order to keep the cooler.
  • Keep route books up to date.
  • Sell new products and current deals to customers.
  • Keys order, Tell-Sell and maintains vending repair log (if applicable).
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:
  • Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D certification and 1-year experience in an office environment or equivalent job duties.
  • Experience with confidential files, documents and other information.
  • Office equipment including, but not limited to, computer, phone, fax machine, copier and calculator.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • MS Office including Word and Excel.
