Your new company
One of the leading manufacturer of chemicals based in Romeoville, IL is looking for FP&A Manager to join their finance team. The schedule is hybrid with the possibility to work 1 a week on site and the rest from home.

Your new role
You will work with the CFO in the areas of planning, forecasting, due diligence, providing various types of financial models (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet), and other analyses as needed. This is a new role for the company and you will have an opportunity to build a lot of processes! You will act as a finance leader to 1 manufacturing & 1 distribution center and serve as sparring partner to the plant managers & production leaders to help drive cost efficiencies

What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 4 years work experience in FP&A, good communication and self-organization skills, MS Excel advanced user. Manufacturing experience is a must!
