Earn a $57,949/year

Our Program Director will Manage daily operation of program(s); implements policies/procedures as directed. Develops and maintains the clinical and administrative coordination of all aspects of the program, its residents, and staff. Typically monitors treatment authorizations and plans and ensures that individual treatment and support plans are developed and maintained. Reviews care and treatment of individuals and reviews program processes to ensure individuals are supported. Monitors program performance considering key indicators and compiles data as requested. Represents program(s) in ongoing status meetings with County, State, and managed care providers. Ensuring billing and authorizations are accurate. Assists with the development of quality improvement efforts, and reviews and evaluates program goals, activities, policies, and procedures. Participates in the marketing, development, and expansion of programs. Acts as back-up for on call when needed and fills in for on-call shifts. Interviews, hires, trains, and supports a level of staffing to meet client/staff ratio requirements and program operations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services-Master's preferred

• 3-5 years of experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience within the mental health field and/or child welfare fields

• Strong ability to use Technology and to learn new technology quickly and encourage others to do so.
