Job Description:
Travel and Expense: Process Travel Authorizations (TA), Expense Reports (ER) and generic reimbursements. Process voucher payments in MyPayment Solutions. Process requisitions in MyUF Market. Resonsible for adhering to all University policies and procedures relating to the assigned area of responsibility.
Pcards: Analyzes, reconciles and approves Pcard charges for customer units based on chartfield information, descriptions, explanations and documentation provided by the customers.
Journal Entries and Deposits: Process journal entries such as expense to expense (E2Es) and expense to revenue (E2Rs). Reviews all voucher and journal entries for accuracy. Responsible for making deposits for the assigned units/accounts.
Office Support: Answers the general line for the fiscal unit. Maintains the fiscal unit files (scans, copies, filing, electronic files, etc.). Maintains excel spreadsheet of chartfields, fund administrators list, check log, etc.
Meet with faculty and department staff: Meeting faculty and staff to solve any fiscal problems, make sure that they understand the SSC processes and that the fiscal unit understand their needs.
Other: May fill in for other short term vacancies in the shared service center. Other duties as assigned by the unit's Team Lead
This position may be eligible for flexible work arrangements.
Expected Salary:
Fiscal Assistant 1 - $17-18/hour, commensurate with Education and Experience
Fiscal Assistant 2 - $19-21/hour, commensurate with Education and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
Level 1: High school diploma or equivalent and one year of general accounts transaction experience. Appropriate college course work or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Level 2: High school diploma or equivalent and three years of general accounts transaction experience. Appropriate college course work or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for required experience.
