Job Summary

Assist the Superintendents in successfully completing jobs through assisting with various paperwork requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedule material truck deliveries and IRT material.
    • Supt to call AA to request material, AA puts together the paperwork and submits to Fab Shop and Tool room, copy supt.
  • Schedule and request coring, fuel delivery, and standard PO's.
    • AA to receive request via phone, then process the paperwork or emails to get the request filled.
  • Submit Fab shop and Engineering smartsheet feedback for each Supt.
  • Gather and submit Supt Expense reports.
  • Put out the weekly and Quarterly Supt reports.
  • Complete various administrated task for the Supt's on request.
  • Cover Payroll in Operations Coordinators absence.
  • Cover equipment rental request in Equipment Rental Coordinators absence.
  • Perform Administrated duties for the Field Operations Manager as needed.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Fire Protection or experience in construction is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, clearly and effectively.
  • All applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong MS Office experience
  • Experience with multi-tasking and handling various deadlines.
