What you will do:

The Financial Analyst will assist the Finance Supervisors with all general accounting and financial reporting duties.This person will also assist with journal entries, accruals, preparation of monthly financial statements and reports. The Financial Analyst will be the primary contact person for accounts payable/Coupa processing and invoicing questions.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of month end revenue analysis
  • Preparation and analysis of various general ledger reconciliations
  • Preparation of monthly AR valuation and net patient revenue
  • Provide support with the annual audit process
  • Assist in preparation and analysis of Medicare/Medicaid Cost Reports
  • Account reconciliations, statistical gathering and reporting, cost reports, annual audits, and budgeting.

What you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in accounting required. Healthcare finance setting is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office applications especially Excel and Access.
  • Strong accounting, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects/workflow.
  • Ability to develop and assist in implementing process improvements.
