The Finance Transformation team is looking for a creative and versatile Finance Project Management Analyst to support high-impact, cross-functional projects for the Finance organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support and drive strategic programs key to the success of Meta Finance, specifically for the People Finance organization. You will work with a range of stakeholders, be required to navigate ambiguous challenges, and partner effectively to deliver change. You will help diagnose problems, draft and socialize solutions, and deliver your recommendations. Finance Project Management Analyst Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute complex Finance projects while collaborating effectively with other cross-functional teams globally
• Partner with process owners and other key stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and document process improvement opportunities that increase productivity, efficiency, quality, or customer satisfaction and/or reduce expenses and eliminate waste
• Document current and future state processes and requirements
• Own the on-going delivery of projects through project trackers, escalations, risk logs, and stakeholder reporting & communications
• Develop executive level presentations with clear and concise recommendations
• Develop strong peer and stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Experience with working on complex projects from start to finish
• Knowledge of project management standards, tools, and best practices
• Experience developing a hypothesis, developing a solution, and presenting it to leaders
• Self-motivated with communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience creating presentations (PowerPoint) for leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of consulting or project management experience, or 3+ years of financial operations experience with project management exposure
• Knowledge of finance processes, tools, new innovations, etc. Additional knowledge in payroll/HR
• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, assessing results, and making recommendations
• Experience with project management tools and emerging technologies (e.g. RPA)
• Experience establishing testing plans and developing test scripts
