Your new company
This smaller WWTP Contractor boasts a very impressive culture that would be a great fit for a Project Manager that is earlier in their career. They currently do about $10 million to $20 million in projects per year, but they have won quite a bit of work recently, which is why they are looking for additional help in the Project Management area.
Your new role
In this role you will be brought on to help manage the field project sites. You will be responsible for both ground up and rehab projects where you will oversee both self performed work and sub contractors. You will report to the Superintendents in the field. You will review drawings, specifications, and ensure proper safety procedures are up to compliance and in line with any and all regulations. As Field Engineer, you will be expected to communicate effectively, prepare daily reports, and work to complete projects on time and under budget.
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate will have at least 2 years of Construction experience on WWTP projects. In previous roles, you will have proven experience of clear oral and verbal communication, proficiency with computer applications, and the ability to work within a team.
