Job Responsibilities
General repairs including but not limited to plumbing, lighting, painting, wall repair, upkeep of building, monitoring and maintaining outside of building. Setting up conference room, lobby, etc. as needed. Notifying director of repairs needed beyond the realm of their job duties. Utilizing My School Dude as needed as well as email and other college software. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum and Additional RequirementsHS Diploma with 2 years' experience.
Preferred QualificationsAssociate's Degree in related field and 1-3 years' experience preferred.
