Ultimate Staffing is hiring for our client in Miami/Medley area. They are a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in the export of goods across various industries, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Coordinator to join our client's team in Miami. The Export Coordinator will play a crucial role in facilitating the export process, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and maintaining efficient communication with clients, suppliers, and transportation partners.

Please note this position is onsite and only local candidates will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage all aspects of the export process, including documentation, customs clearance, and transportation arrangements.

* Ensure compliance with export regulations and requirements of destination countries, including export licenses, permits, and certifications.

* Prepare and review shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bill of lading.

* Communicate effectively with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to coordinate shipment schedules and resolve any issues or delays.

* Arrange transportation for shipments via air, ocean, or land, considering cost-effectiveness and delivery timelines.

* Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, providing shipment status updates, and addressing any concerns or requests from clients.

* Maintain accurate records of export transactions, including shipment details, documentation, and compliance documentation.

* Stay informed about changes in export regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

* Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, procurement, and logistics to optimize export processes and support business objectives.

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction within the export department.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in export coordination, logistics, or international trade.

* Strong understanding of export regulations, compliance requirements, and documentation procedures.

* Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with export management software or ERP systems.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.

* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.

* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

* Knowledge of Incoterms and experience with international shipping processes preferred.

* Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

* Bachelor's degree in international business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred, not required.
