Executive Director of Undergraduate Admission
Saint Xavier University (SXU), in partnership with the search firm Scott Healy & Associates, invites applications and nominations for the position of Executive Director of Undergraduate Admission. The Executive Director is a key admissions and enrollment management professional who reports directly to the Associate Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management and Student Success. The Executive Director supports the vision, strategy, leadership, and management oversight for Saint Xavier University's recruitment and enrollment of new undergraduate students, including freshmen, transfers, and adult undergraduate students. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations in the undergraduate admission office and support the strategic enrollment management plan as outlined by the AVP for Strategic Enrollment Management and Student Success. The Executive Director provides collaborative, mission-centered leadership for enrollment management professionals dedicated to students from their admission to the University through to their graduation.
The Position:
The Executive Director is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of the institution's strategic enrollment initiatives and outcomes. The Executive Director will also work closely with the offices of Financial Aid, Student Life, Academic Affairs and others to ensure student matriculation and support.
