Better requires process discipline, and simplification

In this exciting and fast-paced role, you'll provide valuable support to our Chief Compliance Officer, along with his direct reports and oversight to the Denver Tech Center office location. You will have a wide range of executive assistant responsibilities, that range from travel (includes international travel), manage schedules, prepare reports and presentations, coordinate events, and handle correspondence and inquiries. You will help to create content, draft communications, and attend planning meetings. You will help to balance and socialize a hardworking compliance organization.

For such an integral role, you will have about 10 years of experience supporting a senior executive and team as an Executive Assistant. You'll be highly professional, diligent, and dependable as you will be dealing regularly with highly confidential information. Prioritization and planning are key to being successful in this role. You will have excellent communication and IT literacy, with tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, Concur, Zoom, and Collectiveview. You will have the ability to build effective working relationships across the business and be incredibly efficient with your time.

The annual gross base salary range is $54,467.30 -$87,146.42. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
