Executive Assistant to $75k - North of Boston!

Our client, a high-end investment first on the North Shore of Boston, is seeking to hire an energetic, organized, and highly motivated individual to work closely with and to support the Principal of the firm with extensive administrative support. Primary responsibilities include calendar management, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, all communications with external clients, and a variety of business and personal projects as well. This small office will allow this candidate to gain strong business exposure and be very involved and learn and grow within the organization over time. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as well as strong skills in communication, prioritization and multi-tasking as they will work on a variety of important and sensitive projects. This individual needs to have a bachelor's degree as well as a high level of energy and ability to work extra hours as needed to support this busy and high level executive in business and personal activities while getting involved with a flourishing business.
