EverCommerce is seeking a Finance Manager to join our growing organization. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for providing financial and operational support for a portfolio of companies.

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed across North America, with more than 40 office locations in the U.S. and Canada. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.

Some key responsibilities:

• Lead annual business planning and budgeting process with operational leadership and the EverCommerce executive team
  
• Manage quarterly forecasting
  
• Create, maintain and present monthly reports (e.g. budget vs actual, flux analysis, and KPIs)
  
• Conduct review of monthly financials for portfolio companies
  
• Work closely with the presidents/GMs of subsidiaries and other key stakeholders
  
• Support strategic business decision-making through financial modeling and analysis, including ad-hoc modeling, analysis and presentations
  
• Identify and support operational improvements in conjunction with EverCommerce leadership
  
• Support EverCommerce M&A activities though operational integrations
  
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and metrics for the presidents/GMs
  
• Provide billing system migration support
  

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  
• 5+ years of corporate FP&A experience, preferably in a complex organization
  
• Experience supporting/partnering with operational leaders, preferably in a SAAS company
  
• Solid understanding of GAAP
  
• Experience with a large, multinational corporation preferred
  
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP (NetSuite) and billing systems
  
• Self-starter with a drive for excellence, ability to build strong working relationships, and a proven ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
  
• Very strong analytical and communication skills, both written and oral
  
• Comfortable working independently/remote

Compensation: The target compensation for this role is $120,000-$130,000 per year, plus eligible bonus, in Colorado and most remote areas. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
