EverCommerce is looking for a Creative Operations Manager to join our Creative team. The Creative Operations Manager will play a key role in driving transformation across multiple subsidiaries in the EverCommerce portfolio. They will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various creative projects.

You:
You are an experienced Creative Operations Manager. You are a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You are methodical, have excellent time management skills, and use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams across the organization.

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed across North America, with more than 40 office locations in the U.S. and Canada. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Creative Director to establish processes and workflows for the brand team
  • Work with members of the Growth Engagement team to determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Provide leadership and oversight on all project communications including intake, planning, strategy, managing timelines, defining processes, establishing success metrics, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting project managers
  • Act as a central cross-functional liaison among internal teams, with a focus on managing production workflows, timelines, project deliverables, resources and asset requests
  • Enhance production by streamlining platforms and technology used in the department
  • Manage multiple project streams with exceptional organizational and time management, optimizing intake, review and delivery processes to ensure projects are appropriately prioritized and resourced via Asana
  • Oversee day to day project management to ensure projects are happening on time
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Creative Operations Management, ideally at a technology company or a Creative Agency
  • Experience developing and optimizing systems, tools, processes and workflows for creative operations
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of meeting short project deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to pitch in when necessary
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Experience with Asana

Compensation: The salary for this position is in the $60k-$70krange. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
