EverCommerce is looking for a Collections Specialist eager to join a high-growth technology company. As a Collections Specialist, your main responsibilities will be in collections within our Revenue Accounting group. Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed across North America, with more than 40 office locations in the U.S. and Canada. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Contact overdue customer accounts to collect payment
  
• Identify, research and resolve billing discrepancies by communicating with the Billing Analysts and customers
  
• Document communication with customer accounts
  
• Manage small to medium customer accounts and process billings for several companies in various billing systems
  
• Manage collection efforts and work closely with customers on a daily basis
  
• Handle customer complaints and resolve billing issues
  
• Maintain accounts receivable records
  
• Working with accounting and operations teams
  
• Assist with special projects
  

Desired Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of collections experience
  
• CRM experience with SalesForce preferred
  
• Intermediate Excel skills
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Negotiating skills
  
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently

Compensation: The target compensation range for this position is $23 - $26/hr in Colorado and most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined based on candidate experience, location, and other factors, and may vary from this listed amount.
