RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Los Angeles, CA that is seeking a ESG Implementation Consultant to join their Implementation Services team.Summary:As an Implementation Consultant, you will work directly with our clients on key initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change.Key Tasks:
  • Work with other consultants and subject matter experts across our company to implement our range of solutions for clients and partners
  • Facilitate workshops and gather functional/business requirements from client and partner organizations
  • Translate requirements into appropriate solution designs
  • Scope, design, configure, test, and deliver best-in-class reporting solutions for clients and stakeholders
  • Analyze, clean, and manipulate data sets; Automating data loads and configuring our technology platform to support proper integration with other downstream/upstream systems
  • Ensure accurate documentation of and delivery to the project scope and timeline through adherence to the Company implementation methodology
  • Provide technical expertise and best practice advice to clients post implementation to maximize the value of our technology solutions
  • Work with the Company product management and development teams to advocate, scope and test enhancements to the suite of Company products
  • Work with the services team to identify and implement processes and best practices that improve our agile workplace culture
  • Deliver partner and client training as required
  • Client management during implementation
  • Client advisory work to provide new value to existing clients
  • Provide work estimates to Account Managers and Project Managers for new work
  • Ensure all project artifacts are created in line with company best practices and are stored online in the relevant system


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 or more years of analytical experience
  • 3 or more years of solution consulting or relevant industry experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel experience
  • Troubleshooting skills and logical thinking
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Dynamic team player who is comfortable working in a small, but rapidly evolving environment
  • A passion for making a difference in their profession and the environment
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, and to deadlines. Customer service skills
  • Ability to work with and analyze large volumes of data
  • Ability to work autonomously and take accountability
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
  • Strong data manipulation skills, including an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential (note - a test is conducted as part of the interview process)
  • Experience in the delivery of training
  • Exposure to coding languages such as regular expression
  • Experience in any of the following domains will be highly regarded: Energy management, Utilities, Sustainability
  • Experience with or knowledge of any of the following will be highly regarded: energy services, energy tariff/billing, corporate responsibility reporting frameworks such as CDP, SASB or GRI
  • Experience in BI, data warehousing, statistical or reporting tools would be advantageous
  • Experience in Agile software environments is a plus


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
