Virtual Tour - Chestnut Hill Hospital

Responsibilities

Provides basic nursing care to patients under direct supervision of an RN or LPN. In addition to the hospital's Nurse Aide Role the Emergency Room technician's responsibilities will also include, but not limited to acquiring EKG's, performing phlebotomy and IV placement upon documented training provided by the Emergency Department.

Qualifications

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience

• Nursing Assistant / Medical Assistance / Direct Care experience (required)

Certification and Licensure

• BLS Certification
• Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training required upon completion of New Hire Orientation
