Summary

The ERS Coordinator will report to the Senior Department Administrator and assist with the administrative tasks of environmental health and safety, risk management and insurance. This position will run motor vehicle reports (MVRs) for the driver applicants who wish to drive Tulane owned and leased vehicles and the validation of insurance records, such as vehicle lists and driver listings. They will assist with developing and distributing reports and newsletters to educate and inform the university community of risks, environmental health and safety requirements and resources as well as monitoring of current and emerging risks. Additionally, the role will provide administrative support to the office of environmental health and safety, by assisting with development of inspection schedules, reporting, data entry, coordinating trainings and assisting with recording keeping and reporting for inspections, monitoring a facilitating corrective action from inspections and assisting with the development of training videos and presentations. The ERS Coordinator will assist with university events review utilizing WaveSync as well as the development of OEHS tools, resources, and awareness publications.

Required Qualifications

* Minimum of two years experience with office management. * Experience with HIPAA requirements.
