As a Enterprise Architect you will:

Insurance Solution Architecture:

• Lead the definition and evolution of the overall solution architecture for Insurance (Compensation Workers Insurance) projects, considering scalability, security, interoperability, and compliance with insurance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand requirements and design solutions that address complex Insurance challenges.

Technology Leadership:

• Provide strategic technology leadership, staying current with emerging trends, standards, and advancements in Insurance IT.
• Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools that align with the organization's long-term technology vision.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, quality assurance, and project managers, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to solution delivery.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders within the insurance domain.

Security and Compliance:

• Enforce security best practices in Insurance solution architecture.
• Collaborate with security specialists to design robust security measures for Insurance systems and data.

Data Architecture:

• Develop data architecture strategies for Insurance projects, including data modeling, database design, and data governance.
• Ensure the effective management and integration of Insurance data for analytics, reporting, and decision-making.

Scalability and Performance:

• Architect scalable and high-performance Insurance solutions to accommodate the growing demands of insurance applications and services.
• Conduct performance assessments and optimize system architecture to meet project requirements.

Cloud Architecture:

• Define and implement cloud-based Insurance architectures, leveraging platforms such as AWS, Azure
• Optimize Insurance solutions for cloud scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Documentation and Standards:

• Create comprehensive architecture documentation, including architectural diagrams, design patterns, and technical specifications.
• Define and enforce solution architecture standards, ensuring consistency across projects.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:

• Lead and mentor a team of architects and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Provide guidance on insurance-specific architectural considerations and challenges.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in AWS, Data, Integration
  • AWS
  • Mulesoft/Go anywhere.
  • Snowflake
• Proven experience as a Lead Architect with a focus on Insurance solutions.
• Strong expertise in solution architecture, data architecture, Integration Architecture, and cloud architecture.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Good Skills:

• Good in documentation and Presentation
• Quick learner and eager to adapt new methods.
• Support team when needed.
• Experience in Guidewire

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: 148,500- 174,500 Per Year
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
