We are looking for an outstanding, brilliant, and driven Training Professional who is self- motivated and enjoys contributing as part of a team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing and improving the knowledge and productivity of employees through effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for all employees within the operations organization.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop educational materials through all stages from concept through delivery (including research and design) i.e., manuals, e-Learning courses, facilitator and participant guides/handouts, PowerPoint presentations, job aids, etc.
  • Facilitate classroom and asynchronous training on a variety of topics, including but not limited to new hire training, product training, processes and procedures; adapt as necessary
  • Conduct training needs assessments and be able to evaluate the impacts of training programs
  • Interact with and work closely with subject matter experts to stay up to date with changes to applications and across organization
  • Maintain, review, evaluate, and modify existing and proposed programs; recommend appropriate updates to increase effectiveness whenever possible
  • Report on progress of employees under guidance during training periods
  • Develop strong relationship with teams and leadership to develop course materials and receive feedback
  • Perform other duties and /or projects as assigned by management within the area of responsibility and control

What we're looking for:
  • Experience using a variety of tools and learning methodologies designed for classroom (including virtual) and individual delivery
  • Strong work ethic, independence, and dependability
  • Fast learner with ability to ask probing questions and grasp topics quickly
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation skills
  • Effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills
  • Driven for individual and team results
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with e-Learning authoring software (such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
