ABOUT THIS POSITION

This role will play a critical role in developing and improving the knowledge and productivity of employees through effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for all employees within the Client Success organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop educational materials through all stages from concept through delivery, including research and design, i.e., manuals, facilitator and participant guides/handouts, PowerPoint presentations, job aids, etc.
  • Facilitate classroom and/or individual training on a variety of topics, including but not limited to new hire training, product training, processes and procedures.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and be able to evaluate the impacts of training programs Interact with and work closely with product experts to stay up-to-date with changes to applications.
  • Review, evaluate, and modify existing and proposed programs; recommend appropriate changes as necessary.
  • Report on progress of employees under guidance during training periods.
  • Develop strong relationship with all teams to develop course materials and receive feedback Other duties as assigned.

This role is located in SLC, Louisville, Mid-town Atlanta or Duluth.
