Electrical Superintendent If you are a Electrical Superintendent with experience, please read on! A well-established electrical contractor is looking for an Electrical Superintendent to join their newly created office in Mesa, AZ. If you have experience as a superintendent or a field supervisor at an electrical contractor, and are looking for an opportunity to join a growing company, this role is for you.
What You Will Be Doing You will be responsible for managing small to large commercial and industrial projects and day to day operations of tasks that are related to the projects, including managing on-site coordination, material management, cost control, risk management, and crew management.
What You Need for this Position Must have:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a superintendent or a foreman at an electrical contractor
- Ability to manage a team of 3-10 people
- Excellent communication skills - internally and externally
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience in managing commercial and/or industrial projects

Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
What's In It for You Salary range: $70,000-90,000 DOE
