As an eLearning Team Lead, you supervise a team of eLearning Specialists that design and develop eLearning programs, facilitate the creation of high quality eLearning courses with a major focus on content and deployment to Veterans United employees. In addition, you will be expected to plan and create eLearning content as directed, but also to contribute your skills and knowledge in the creation of that content.

Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

• Design and create engaging, effective company-wide eLearning including courses that meet strict federal, state and industry guidelines.
• Design and create training materials, job aids and supplemental course materials.
• Supervise team, schedules, and assign duties.
• Conduct meetings in one-on-one, group, and team environments.
• Responsible for employee actions, performance management, and development.
• Develop performance and learning objectives and construct course outlines by partnering with Executives, subject matter experts, and department managers.
• Revise training materials and courses to reflect changes in business practices, regulatory requirements, or customer feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned, excluding licensed activity.

• 3+ years in an eLearning development/design role.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
