Summary: Identify, count, and stage product for shipping. Prepare documentation and labeling for staging of product. Duties include consolidation of product, accurate counting of product, proper documentation of transactions, proper storage methods using established procedures, and general housekeeping duties as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Prepare inventory through established procedures.

• Identify product.
• Accurate counting of product using approved methods such as tare weight identification, proper picking container, hand or scale counting.
• Use of AS400, inventory reports, or other means to assist in identification and consolidation of product to minimize inventory locations.
• Record inventory data on required documentation to include inventory location and required quantity picked, note damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes.
• Proper location identification i.e. tub tags or other means.
• Deliver or route materials to proper inventory locations, using work devices, such as hand truck, electric pallet jacks, stand-up reach trucks, or order pickers.
• Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications.

• Requisition and store inventory materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.
