The E-Commerce Specialist- Champion will be based in our company headquarters in Winston-Salem, N.C. This position is responsible for supporting digital merchandising for Champion.com - US. This individual will be responsible for the analytics, tracking and tactical execution in aligning and driving the merchandising experience across their products / categories. This role will partner closely with the Growth Teams (Business Units) as well as key cross-functional drive the Champion.com business forward. This individual must be scrappy, analytical, a self-starter, a collaborator, a good communicator and have a strong desire to learn the business. This position requires a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Act like an owner - be responsible for optimizing the customer experience for the shopper for assigned categories - including (but not limited to) item setup, SEO, detail page experience, and landing pages
  • Partner closely with cross-functional partners to provide assistance with end-to-end management of marketing plans & consumer journeys
  • Keen understanding of broader ecommerce trends and their application to the existing business
  • Individual needs to have an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be creative, scrappy, and drive solutions to complex problems
  • Excited about execution. Given the pace of the business, constant iteration is required, and both the desire and knowledge of how to scrappily execute ideas is critical to success in this role
  • Subject matter expert of Champion.com, providing deep knowledge of the digital capabilities to maximize channels to elevate the consumer brand experience and drive consumer engagement and retention
  • Assist with managing pricing strategy implementation in partnership with merchants
  • Direct Reports subject to business needs

Qualifications
  • Minimum Education/ Experience:Bachelor's degree with 3+ years relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred Education/ Experience:Master's degree with 1+ relevant work experience
  • Experience Required: E-commerce or merchandising experience with strong understanding of retail math and metrics preferred
  • Must possess strong quantitative and analytical skills with exceptional reporting capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, including exceptional presentation and reporting capability
  • Strong problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to take initiative and possess strong sense of urgency
  • Individual needs to have deep passion for learning with an entrepreneurial spirit
