Review documentation request, Create legal documents, work with internal and external counsel when necessary and corrects legal documents for accuracy prior to funding. Independently works with SNB's and outside partner's Legal Counsel ensure documentation is acceptable. Identifies potential title, tax, legal and other issues, conducts research and resolve conflicts to ensure proper filings for the Bank. Assist the Documentation Officer with the management of the documentation group. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and with the bank's policies and procedures. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review documentation request and manage the Creation of legal documents in a timely manner.
  • Identifies potential title, tax, legal and other issues, conducts research and resolve conflicts to ensure proper filings for the Bank.
  • Independently works with SNB's and outside partner's Legal Counsel to ensure the correct documentation is created and acceptable prior to execution by the customer.
  • Ensure Executed documents are correct prior to funding.
  • Filing UCC's, Lien Searches, Corporate Name verifications, setting up site inspections.
  • Investigate and resolve problems within the customer service sector. Coordinate client problems and provide resolution working with co-workers, customers and management
  • Work Closely with SNB's sales force, customers, vendors, etc...to insure prompt processing of transactions.
  • Maintain an accurate database of all transactions from credit approval through to the funding process.
  • Updates various logs used in the normal course of business, Monitor and maintain monthly reports when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
SPECIFIC JOB RELATED EDUCATION & SKILLS
  • Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required. Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or else extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration
  • 5 years' experience in Franchise documentation, both the creation of documents and closing of a loan.
  • Microsoft Office and Teams, Amortization software.
