Nordson MEDICAL designs, engineers and manufactures complex devices and components with applications in wound healing, surgical and minimally invasive, fluid management, pulmonology and interventional and structural heart. Job Summary

Scanning and filing of Quality Records in DocSTAR (electronic filing system) and filing of hard copy quality records in Quality Archives, as well as assisting the Quality Assurance department in clerical/administrative responsibilities as required.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow required work instructions to ensure ISO/regulatory compliance
  • Electronic scanning of quality records in DocSTAR with highest quality
  • Electronic filing of quality records in DocSTAR with 100% accuracy
  • Filing hard copy quality records in Quality Archives including lifting of files as required
  • Organization/re-organization of Quality Archives as required
  • Logging of Lot History Records in SBMS prior to filing
  • Assistance with clerical/administrative responsibilities for Quality Assurance dept. as required
  • Ability to work in a team environment with other Quality Assurance personnel
  • Other duties as assigned


Education and Experience Requirements
  • Education/Experience: High School diploma/student or equivalent. Attention to details and high degree of accuracy is critical. Ability to organize alphabetically and numerically is required.
