RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in the Downtown Milwaukee area is looking for a Director - Order to Cash responsible for key parts of the Order to Cash lifecycle including management and oversight of Billing, Collections and Dispute Management functions. The Director will also drive the transition to a more integrated Order to Cash function to ultimately include additional key functions. This position will supervise 5-8 subordinate managers and a total of up to 100 direct reports in various roles.REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline with MBA preferred
- 10+ years of' relevant experience with 5 years in managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with a history of building and leading successful teams
- Prior experience in the industrials sector is preferred with knowledge of construction contracts and project/service billing a clear advantage
- Working Conditions: hybrid; 3 days in-office/2 days out
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
