Reporting the Head of Healthcare Marketing, Noom is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join our fast-growing division. You will play an instrumental role in building the product marketing capability, working cross functionally with Product, Sales, Operations and Customer Success to define the target customers, segmentation, value proposition, packaging/naming and marketing strategies, and then lead the design and go-to-market for launches and for continuous evolution of our offerings for payors and providers. 

You're a seasoned product marketer who brings strategic thinking to the top of the leadership table with a strong track record leading dynamic cross-functional teams. Given the nature and growth of our business, this leader must be able to lead and do. This role is ideal for a dynamic marketer with a proven track record of thinking big and pushing boundaries to deliver business results.


This role can be based in our newly renovated New York headquarters or remotely.

*What You'll Be Doing:*



* Partnering with Product in the initial conceptualization of new offerings and development of the strategic business plan, bringing insights on the customer, consumer, routes to market, and competitive differentiation

* Articulating, packaging, and delivering compelling stories to drive successful market awareness, lead generation, member/customer engagement, and where appropriate, acquisition and retention

* Partnering with our in-house Creative team and Sales to define the value story and develop effective product collateral, presentations, customer case studies and digital content

* Working with our analytics team, developing convincing proof points that bring value to our customers and their employees/members

* Leading and maintaining effective relationships with peers across the company to bring strategic value to our clients

* Managing the financials of a gradually scaling functional team

* Fostering sharing of insights across consumer Marketing, Product and Sales teams.


 

*What We're Looking For:*



* 8-10 years of experience Marketing, with strong results in B2B and healthcare 

* Business Client Mindset - Understands line of business strategy and goals and drives marketing campaigns to meet business objectives; possesses client mentality for lines of business with B2B and B2B2C and B2C goals.

* Segmentation and Targeting - Partners with analytics to develop segmentation and targeting strategies based on insights and data to drive consumer behavior.

* Brand - Maintains brand integrity and ensures the customer and consumer experience aligns to the brand strategy.

* B2B, B2B2C, and B2C Experience - Designs and maintains an omni-channel customer experience across all our segments. Develops relevant content based on the customer's context in their journey.

* Digital - Skilled in all digital channels; deep appreciation and understanding of marketing technology and digital analytics

* Acquisition & Retention - Data and results-driven marketer; expert in best practices for B2B proof points; utilizing both digital and traditional direct channels
