$133,798.00-$214,077.00Summary:
The Director, Marketing is responsible for developing marketing programs and campaigns that engage a broad range of audiences including customers, prospects and industry influencers for their assigned business unit. This person has a deep understanding of what differentiates products and solutions and can develop unique value propositions based on audience segmentation. They will also build and execute a multichannel engagement strategy and roadmap to enhance and grow the CSG business and overall brand. This individual will work closely with corporate marketing and go-to-market teams, corporate communications and other key stakeholders to help define and deliver the CSG story in support of business and solution objectives.Position Details:
Marketing Strategy
Define and drive the execution of objectives surrounding marketing strategy, including brand building and lead generation efforts, for their assigned strategic solutions unit.
Campaigns & Programs
Collaborate with internal and external resources on the delivery of integrated brand, product, solution and event campaigns.
Team and Resource Management
Manage internal and external resources and cross-functional teams as a key leader within the CSG marketing organization. Foster a culture of continuous content evolution and improvement. Challenge and inspire teams to achieve business results.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience in developing multichannel engagement and lead generation strategies.
Demonstrates a passion storytelling and is proactive in creating conversations and seeking innovative ways to connect with key audiences.
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and ABM technology platforms
Experience managing teams, including virtual/non-local participants.
Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive communications.
Outstanding written, verbal and online marketing communications
Familiarity with the Challenger Sales methodology and content strategies to support it.
Natural curiosity, an attention to detail and a desire to try new things.
Demonstrated ability to be flexible and maintain composure under pressure.
A balanced approach to learning on the fly and an openness to change with knowing when to ask for direction.
