Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Strategic Enrollment Management, with dotted-line report to the Director of International and Graduate Programs, the Director of LLM and Graduate Enrollment holds primary responsibility for enrollment management of the College of Law's LLM and non-JD programs. The Director has the primary responsibility for coordinating marketing, recruitment, and enrollment management of all LLM and non-JD programs. The Director's responsibility for international programs is focused on enrollment of international students at the College of Law, not on enrollment in the College's study abroad programs. The Director of International and Graduate Programs, in collaboration with the Director of individual programs, oversees and coordinates the programs themselves. This position oversees and executes the enrollment management for the programs.

This position may either be a fully remote or in-person position. If this position is created as fully remote, the person holding the position will need to travel internationally to meet with partner schools and recruit students and occasionally travel to campus. If in-person, work duties performed primarily in temperature-controlled office, with frequent interactions with others. Lifting occasionally up to 20 lbs. A minimum of (5) years of progressive experience with a college, university, or graduate school in either admissions, communications/marketing, or both. Experience within a law school preferred. Experience with recruiting international students preferred. Master's degree strongly preferred: BA/BS degree required. Proven leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and oral and written communication skills combined with a high level of energy, creativity, self-motivation, and willingness to collaborate with others within the law school community. Willingness to travel, including internationally, and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary; demonstrated ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously.
