Job Summary:
The Administrator will support the administration of the global planning application including future enhancements as well as the metadata management across global Corporate and well as support for FP&A and Executive Leadership.

This position will specifically be responsible for the global planning software application and all applicable touchpoints and integration. The Team Member will support metadata management across all the Corporate applications. The Team Member will also interface and work directly with all business groups that utilize the application to gather ongoing requirements for end-user enhancements and changes.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and update financial reports and forms and perform training and end-user education of the system functionality as needed
  • Maintain the software application and deployed cubes across all active environments (Production, Test and Dev)
  • Manage consolidations, integrations and perform validations from source systems (SAP) and ensure source data flows downstream as required
  • Perform data reconciliation and maintain data integrity of what is being loaded into the software application and downstream cubes
  • Develop various FP&A reports by leadership
  • Perform monthly and daily maintenance, including the execution and monitoring of extract and load processes
  • Manage the metadata intake, processing, and approval process, as well as deployment into planning software cubes
  • Interpret and analyze business requirements submitted on metadata Change Requests for processing and ensure proper business decision maker approval is captured for metadata updates
  • Coordinate metadata updates across the other system admins
  • Assist in developing project plans for capturing and converting financial information
  • Maintain financial information within various applications
  • Troubleshoot end-user issues

  • Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate; ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems; ability to help develop problem solving skills among direct reports and other Team Members as appropriate
  • Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to collaborate with others and act in an objective manner to effectively solve problems and stay on track towards accomplishing organizational goals
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to understand and manipulate basic spreadsheets

Job Level Specifications:
  • Experience (at least 2 years) with Multidimensional tools, preferably OneStream XF
  • A minimum of ten (10) year of financial planning and analysis experience
  • Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and some familiarity with IFRS
  • Ability to analyze financial data and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flows)
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage details through to completion and ensure project deadlines are met
  • Knowledge of business mathematics, including the ability to calculate percentage changes, averages, and weighted averages

Work Experience:
  • Typically 12+ years with bachelor's or 10+ with master's

Education and Certification(s):
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
