Compensation: $76,462.26/Annually

The Director of Behavioral Health Housing Services is responsible for the oversight and operation of behavioral health housing for transitional living and/or clustered apartment services ensuring persons in treatment have a high level of quality care, safety and stabilization with the goal of moving them toward and/or obtaining a more independent level of care.

This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working all days as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - JOB SPECIFIC:

*Oversee daily program operations including, but not limited to, maintenance of facilities, equipment, and vehicles
*Oversee and maintain compliance with all applicable licensure, certification, and/or accreditation requirements
*Manages program development and serves as program and person-served advocate
*Participate in strategic planning and provide oversight to staff
*Assure performance improvement activities are in place to facilitate consumer outcomes
*Coordinate, monitor, and comply with financial activity and policies, including but not limited to, corporate and consumer's needs
*Fiscal management of the program including, but not limited to, monitoring staff and program productivity, monitoring program expenses according to budget, and assisting in developing a budget for each program
*Manage referral arrangements and coordinate with other community agencies
*Participate in agency meetings as appropriate
*Monitor documentation of services through regular records review
*Provide crisis intervention services as needed with clients and provide necessary referrals as needed
*Responsible for safety and oversight of residents
*Work with other departments to ensure coordination of services to clients
*Ensure that clients are offered culturally appropriate services to meet the unique cultural needs of consumers and family members
*Responsible for conducting and/or arranging in-service training for staff.
*Participation in the quality assurance process
*Will ensure that staff seek culturally competent services to meet the unique cultural needs of members
*Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

*Oversees day-to-day operations and tasks of supervisees
*Completes performance development/AIM process
*Time card management - manages time sheets
*Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals



Master's degree in a human service-related field required

At least two years of relevant experience required

Supervisory and/or administrative training and experience preferred

QUALIFICATION(S): LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: PLPC, LPC, LMSW or LCSW preferred
